There are three possibilities -
It's probably your bank. Sometimes they can be a bit over-secure and stop even genuine payments from going through. Here is what you should do. Just give a call to your bank's card department and ask them to allow the transaction. That should do the trick.
It may also happen because of insufficient funds in the card. So, just make sure that everything is fine from your end before our system attempts to make the next payment.
If you have changed your card, then kindly update the card from the billing page.
