Why am I not getting email notifications?

Please take a look at the items below and make sure you are all good:

  • Check your spam folder.

  • Make sure that [email protected] has not been blocked by your email service. If it is blocked, you need to whitelist it. Whitelisting an email address means adding it to a list of trusted senders, ensuring emails from that address bypass spam filters and are delivered to your inbox.

  • Ensure that under Settings > Notification, the notifications have been turned on and you have provided your email address properly without any typos.

  • Are you testing for partial or complete responses? If you have turned off the notifications for incomplete/partial responses, then you will not receive them. You can turn them on under Settings > Notification.

  • If you are using multiple emails and routing, please make sure that you have provided an email for all scenarios and filters are accurate.
