Welcome Message

Enable a welcome message to serve as the first interaction point:

  • Toggle the welcome message on or off

  • Create a catchy and simple message to increase user engagement

Avatar Selection

Personalize your chatbot with an avatar to humanize the interaction:

  • Choose from a variety of pre-made avatars

  • Upload your own avatar to reflect your brand's personality

Branding Options

Our premium plans allows the removal of Collect.chat branding. Please refer to our pricing page to understand which plans allow branding removal.

Publishing Changes

Once you're satisfied with your design:

  • Click the publish button to make your changes live instantly

  • This allows for quick iterations and testing of different designs

You cannot change the font type or size. Font is fixed for all Collect.chat bots.
