Response Status

You can use Collect.chat dashboard as a mini CRM using the status field in Responses.

If you go to Results > Responses, you will see a column, Status at the far right. For every lead that comes in via the bot, you can set the status as either New, Pending or Done.

NewFor a fresh lead
PendingIf your team is working on the lead
DoneIf you have closed the deal
