You can use Collect.chat dashboard as a mini CRM using the status field in Responses.
If you go to Results > Responses, you will see a column, Status at the far right. For every lead that comes in via the bot, you can set the status as either New, Pending or Done.
Status | Purpose |
---|---|
New | For a fresh lead |
Pending | If your team is working on the lead |
Done | If you have closed the deal |
