You can use Collect.chat dashboard as a mini CRM using the status field.
Navigate to Results > Responses to view the status column on the far right.
Each new lead from the bot is marked as new. You can update the status to pending or done as needed.
Status | Purpose |
---|---|
New | For a fresh lead |
Pending | If your team is working on the lead |
Done | If you have closed the deal |
